Really Impressed
“I just wanted to give these guys a quick shout out as they really impressed me. I scheduled them for the next available 8 am spot as they made it clear that they couldn't guarantee being on time for any later appointment as they never know how difficult the previous client's situation might be. Completely understandable, so since I am in a tight time frame, I needed to wait a couple days for an early morning spot. Not gonna lie, our sink was pretty dirty. My roommate and I were scared about filling it with water and making it harder for the plumber to fix, so we left it. It was all finished while I was away, and when I came back, the guy actually cleaned our sink AND our counter for us. Definitely did not have to do that, but he did. That extra mile was appreciated, no matter how simple the task was. Thank you!”
